Boston Senior Home Care will contribute 1% to 4% of gross income

Boston Senior Home Care offers life insurance equal to one time
the value of an employee's annual salary not to exceed $100,000 at no cost to the employee. Employees must work

- Long term Disability
Boston Senior Home Care offers LTD insurance at no cost to the employee.
Employees must work at least 20 hours per week to receive this benefit. Employees can receive 60% of their

- Earned Time
The Earned Time program combines traditional vacation, personal, and sick time
benefits into one bank of Earned Time hours. Full-time employees accrue 27 days per year or 3.63 hours
per week. Earned time hours increase after three full years of service.

- Extended Sick Leave
Full-time employees receive 13 days annually to help cover periods of
extended illness. Employees may accumulate extended sick leave up to a maximum of 600 hours.

- Bereavement Leave
In the event of a death in your immediate family, Boston Senior Home Care
will grant up to three days bereavement leave with pay.

- Monthly T-Passes
The agency contributes $45 a month toward T-passes for administrative staff
and up to $65 a month for employees who consistently visit clients in the field. An additional
$10 is contributed toward Commuter Rail passes.

Most posted positions are available immediately but the hiring process can vary greatly in length and depends on several factors,
including the skills needed, and the number of qualified candidates. Typically, most people have at least two rounds of face-to-face
interviews. The first with Human Resources and Hiring Managers, and the second with a Hiring Manager and their team.
