• Long term Disability
  Boston Senior Home Care offers LTD insurance at no cost to the employee. Employees must work at least 20 hours per week to receive this benefit. • Earned Time
  The Earned Time program combines traditional vacation, personal, and sick time benefits into one bank of Earned Time hours. Full-time employees accrue 27 days per year or 3.63 hours per week. Earned time hours increase after three full years of service.

  Full-time employees receive 13 days annually to help cover periods of extended illness. Employees may accumulate extended sick leave up to a maximum of 600 hours.

  The agency contributes $45 a month toward T-passes for administrative staff and up to $65 a month for employees who consistently visit clients in the field. An additional $10 is contributed toward Commuter Rail passes.

Typically, most people have at least two rounds of face-to-face interviews. The first with Human Resources and Hiring Managers, and the second with a Hiring Manager and their team.
